CCMEP Summer Employment

The Trumbull County Department of Job and Family Services and the OhioMeansJobs Trumbull County, in conjunction with the Trumbull County Board of Commissioners, are announcing the 2021 Summer Employment Program – Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program (CCMEP).

The program will serve economically disadvantaged Trumbull County youth between the ages of 16 through 24.

Applicants must apply in person and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, if under age 18.  Those applicants aged 18 and older who are not attending high school must be a custodial or non-custodial parent.

Appointments for applications can be scheduled now by calling 330-675-2181. 

In Person appointments will be seen on June 8, 9, and 10 only and are limited.  These will be given to the first persons who call. 

What do I need to apply?

The following documentation must be presented at the time of application.

*ALL REQUESTED DOCUMENTATION MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF APPLICATION OR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

When is the program?

The program will run from June 14 - August 7, 2021

Hours and pay

Youth selected for participation in the programs will either be eligible to receive up to $2,100 in incentives or be paid $11 per hour for work program participation for 8 weeks for up to 30 hours per week.
